A lot of capable people think their problem is discipline but often it is not that. It is a nervous system that has been under pressure for a very long time.

Over time the body adapts, it stays in a low level state of alert, sleep gets lighter.
The mind keeps scanning for the next thing, energy goes up and down without warning. Nothing is “wrong” with you, your system has simply learned to stay ready all the time.
During this retreat you will learn how your nervous system actually responds to responsibility, pressure, and constant output. You will practice simple ways to regulate it. These come from neuroscience, body based work, and practical nervous system training.
The aim is not to make you less driven or less intelligent, it is to help your system become steady again. When that happens, you can handle pressure without feeling like you are living inside it all the time. Energy becomes more stable, focus becomes clearer and work becomes something you can sustain, instead of something that slowly drains you.
