• the relationship between body, mind, home and purpose

Which Pathway Is Right For You?

Choose The SatSoma Hormone Vitality Pathway if you are in perimenopause, menopause or another hormonal transition and want the deepest level of personalised support.

Choose The Pelvic Wisdom Pathway if your main concern is painful periods, heavy bleeding, fibroids, endometriosis or womb related distress.

Choose The Egg Collection Nourishment Plan if you are preparing for IVF, egg freezing or egg collection and want to nourish your body with more clarity and care.

Choose The First Blood Wisdom Workshop if you want menstrual education for girls, mothers, schools or community groups.

The deeper aim is simple.

To help you feel well enough in your body to live your life with more energy, clarity, confidence and meaning, not just for a few good weeks, but for the decades ahead.

In Ayurveda, this movement towards true wellbeing is called Swastha, which is the experience of becoming more established in yourself, where your body feels steadier, your mind feels clearer, your heart feels more alive, and you begin to feel more connected to your own rhythm, your daily choices, your deeper needs and the life you want to have.

This is the kind of health I care about, feeling better in your real life, not just following another plan, taking more supplements, or being told that everything looks normal when you still do not feel like yourself. It is about having more energy for your day, feeling clearer in your mind, steadier in your mood, more comfortable in your body, less overwhelmed by what to eat or what to do next, and more able to live your life with purpose, strength and a deeper sense of inner ease.

REWRITE YOUR STORY

🌱 The Rewired Self

A Six Month Emotional Integration Programme

  • Break the patterns that keep pulling you back
  • Stabilise the nervous system beneath them
  • Build a steadier, more trusting relationship with yourself

From the outside, you may look capable, composed and responsible. You may be the person others rely on, the one who keeps going, keeps caring, keeps holding things together.

Yet inside, something may still feel unsettled. You may notice the same emotional patterns repeating, even when you understand them intellectually.

  • Why do I react so strongly to things that seem small?
  • Why do I keep choosing familiar dynamics, even when they no longer feel good?
  • Why do I take on more than is mine to carry?
  • Why does love, success or support still feel difficult to receive?
  • Why do I understand the pattern, yet still feel pulled back into it?

These patterns are rarely random. They are often emotional and nervous system strategies that were learned earlier in life in order to stay safe, connected, accepted or in control.

At one time, those strategies may have helped you survive. Over time, they can become the very patterns that keep you tense, over responsible, reactive, guarded or unable to fully receive.

The Rewired Self is designed to help those patterns soften and reorganise.

What This Work Is

This programme focuses on emotional integration and nervous system regulation.

We look at the deeper patterns that shape your behaviour, relationships, self perception and capacity to receive life.

This is deeper than mindset work. Many emotional patterns are held in the body, in the nervous system, and in the parts of you that learned very early how to stay safe. Insight can help you understand the pattern, but the body often needs a different kind of support before it can let the pattern go.

In practice, this work draws from subconscious pattern work, nervous system regulation, inner child integration, reflective inquiry and higher self awareness.

The higher self perspective simply means learning to access the part of you that is more regulated, compassionate, wise and steady, rather than reacting from the part of you that is still in protection.

Sessions combine thoughtful conversation with guided experiential work, so the change is felt, processed and integrated, rather than only understood.

The Patterns We Often Work With

Love and Receiving

You may feel that love has to be earned, or that you need to overgive in order to be valued. This can show up as people pleasing, difficulty receiving support, relationship anxiety, over explaining, or feeling that you are never quite enough.

As this pattern softens, many people begin to receive appreciation, affection, help and opportunity with more ease.

Worth and Self Value

You may carry a quiet sense of self criticism, perfectionism or pressure to keep proving yourself. This can show up as overworking, self sabotage, difficulty resting, or feeling that success could disappear at any moment.

As the nervous system settles, self worth can become less dependent on achievement and external validation.

Trust and Inner Clarity

You may second guess yourself, seek reassurance, overthink decisions or feel unsure about your direction.

As regulation improves, your judgement often becomes clearer. Decisions begin to come from steadiness rather than fear.

Visibility and Belonging

You may want to be seen, but part of you still feels unsafe being fully visible.

This can show up as holding back, shrinking, avoiding leadership, or feeling that you do not quite belong.

As this pattern shifts, it becomes easier to express yourself, take up space and be recognised without losing yourself.

Why Survival Patterns Affect The Body

In Ayurveda, reproductive tissue is considered the final and most refined layer of nourishment.

The body first has to nourish the blood, muscles, fat tissue, bones, nervous system and deeper reserves before it can fully support reproductive vitality. In women, this relates to the menstrual and reproductive aspect of the body, and to the deeper essence Ayurveda connects with vitality, creativity and cell level nourishment.

This is why reproductive health is never separate from the whole person.

If the body is living in stress, vigilance, emotional pressure or depletion, it will naturally prioritise survival over reproduction. From a biological perspective, this makes sense. When the nervous system senses threat, the body directs energy towards protection, alertness and immediate functioning.

Digestion, sleep, repair, libido, menstrual rhythm and hormonal signalling can all be affected.

The body is always asking:

  • Do I feel safe enough to restore?
  • Do I have enough nourishment?
  • Do I have enough energy?
  • Is this a safe time to soften, receive, create and rebuild?

Many people think of reproductive health as purely hormonal. But hormones respond to the wider state of the body. They respond to stress, blood sugar, sleep, inflammation, emotional load, nutritional status, relationships and the nervous system.

This is where emotional integration becomes relevant.

If part of you is still living from old survival patterns such as overgiving, hypervigilance, people pleasing, emotional suppression, fear of being seen, or the belief that you must constantly prove your worth, the body may remain in a subtle state of protection.

Over time, this can affect how deeply you rest, digest, receive nourishment, feel safe in your body, and access the energy needed for repair, pleasure, creativity and reproductive vitality.

The Rewired Self works with these deeper emotional patterns so the nervous system can move from protection into greater regulation.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, this is the movement from depletion into deeper nourishment. From a nervous system perspective, it is the shift from survival into steadiness. From a human perspective, it is the experience of finally feeling safer inside yourself.

Who This Work Is For

This work is for people who appear high functioning on the outside, yet feel unsettled inside.

It may be for you if you carry a lot of responsibility, find it difficult to put things down, notice repeating emotional or relational patterns, or feel tired of holding everything together while quietly feeling fragmented within.

Why This Work Is Different

This differs from traditional talk therapy and mindset coaching.

We are not only talking about the pattern. We are working with how the pattern is held emotionally and physiologically.

The part of you creating the pattern is rarely purely cognitive. It is often younger, protective, emotional and body based.

This is why understanding alone has not always been enough.

You are welcome to book a conversation to explore whether this work is the right fit for you.

This is a focused discussion to understand your patterns and whether this process can support meaningful change.

If it feels aligned, we can move forward. If another form of support would serve you better, you will still leave with greater clarity.
