Understand your changing body.
For women navigating perimenopause, menopause and the profound transition into midlife.
Midlife changes your body. It can also change your relationship with yourself.
There comes a moment when your body begins asking different questions.
You may notice changes in your sleep, energy, weight, mood or confidence. Your periods may become irregular, and your body may no longer respond in the way it once did.
Somewhere beneath the physical changes, another conversation often begins:
Who am I becoming?
How do I care for myself now?
What does my body need from me at this stage of life?
These questions deserve more than a quick search online or another conflicting opinion.
They deserve time, space and understanding.
One expert tells you to fast. Another says never to fast.
Take HRT. Avoid HRT.
Heal your gut. Balance your hormones.
Lift heavier weights. Reduce stress.
Eat more protein. Avoid carbohydrates.
Track everything. Ignore everything.
When your body is changing, what you need most is not more information.
You need somewhere to make sense of it.
Somewhere calm.
Somewhere evidence informed.
Somewhere you can ask questions, learn at your own pace and discover what is genuinely relevant for your body.
That is why I created the Midlife Wisdom Circles.
A place where understanding comes before overwhelm.
These are not traditional support groups.
They are educational circles where science, nourishment and shared wisdom come together.
Each gathering combines practical teaching, open conversation and thoughtful reflection. You will learn what is happening inside your body during perimenopause and menopause, why those changes matter and how to respond in a way that feels realistic, nourishing and sustainable.
Alongside the learning, you may find something many women discover they have been missing:
Connection.
Joy.
Alongside the learning, you may discover something that has been missing: genuine connection, shared laughter and the joy of being understood.
The reassurance that you are not the only one navigating these changes. The relief of speaking openly with women who understand. The confidence that comes from learning together.
Many women are surprised to discover that this stage can become one of greater freedom, authenticity and self-knowledge than any that came before.
Women have gathered in circles for generations to learn, share wisdom, prepare for life’s transitions and remember that they were never meant to navigate change alone.
There is something profoundly reassuring about hearing another woman describe exactly what you thought only you were experiencing.
-Knowledge eases uncertainty.
-Conversation dissolves shame.
-Community reminds us that we belong.
-As understanding grows, so does confidence. As confidence grows, so does self-trust.
The circle becomes more than a place of education. It becomes a place where you can feel seen, heard and encouraged as you move into the next chapter of your life.
Across four live gatherings, we explore the physical, emotional and practical aspects of this important life transition.
We explore what is happening hormonally during perimenopause and menopause, and how these changes may influence your:
You will learn to understand your symptoms with greater clarity and less fear.
We explore practical ways to support your body through:
The focus is on creating realistic routines rather than chasing perfection.
Midlife can bring emotional questions to the surface as well as physical changes.
Together, we explore:
Learning to meet yourself with greater kindness rather than criticism
The circle also helps you begin building:
The aim is to help you move through this transition with greater wisdom, confidence and self-trust.
These circles are designed to help you stop piecing together conflicting advice on your own.
Your place includes:
Rather than leaving with another overwhelming list of things to do, you will leave with a clearer understanding of what matters most for you and how to begin applying it in daily life.
I do not believe women need more fear.
Or more perfection.
Or more pressure to optimise every aspect of their lives.
I believe women deserve clear education, compassionate guidance and the confidence that comes from understanding their own body.
Because when you understand your body, it can begin to feel less frightening.
You can start working with it rather than constantly feeling at war with it.
The aim is not simply to help you manage menopause.
It is to help you understand your body so deeply that you move through this transition with greater confidence, steadiness and trust in yourself.
My hope is that you leave each circle feeling:
Each Midlife Wisdom Circle includes four live sessions, with a dedicated integration week halfway through.
This slower rhythm gives you time to absorb what you have learned, notice what is changing in your body and return with meaningful questions.
Groups are intentionally kept small so that every woman has space to contribute, reflect, ask questions and feel heard.
Each participant is also paired with an accountability partner, creating another layer of encouragement and connection throughout the programme.
You feel overwhelmed by conflicting menopause advice.
You want to understand your body rather than simply manage symptoms.
You value evidence informed education alongside holistic wisdom.
You appreciate honest conversation in a warm, thoughtful group.
You want practical guidance without pressure to follow a perfect routine.
You would like to feel more connected to yourself and supported by women walking through a similar stage of life.

Midlife is not the beginning of decline. It is the beginning of a different relationship with yourself.
It invites you to slow down enough to listen to your body rather than constantly push through it. To nourish yourself differently. To question old expectations. To care for yourself with greater wisdom instead of greater effort.
This stage of life is not simply about managing symptoms. It is an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, build new foundations for health and move into the years ahead with greater confidence, clarity and self-trust.
If you are looking for a place where science, nutrition, Ayurveda, honest conversation and genuine community come together, I would be delighted to welcome you into the circle.
Leave understanding yourself more deeply than when you arrived.
